Job Opportunity: Remote Quality Assurance Engineer

We are urgently seeking a Full REMOTE Quality Assurance Engineer for an international organization based in New York. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in UI test automation using Selenium with C#/.NET. Candidates should be willing to work at least 50% of their time during New York business hours.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Reside in Europe

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Serve as QA focal point for development teams, facilitating communication with the QA team.
2. Support and improve QA services and processes.
3. Create, execute, automate, and manage test cases and plans for existing and new systems.
4. Support software development and release processes by testing applications using established IT standards.
5. Participate in the specification, design, automation, and support of application systems from a QA perspective.
6. Draft technical documentation including test cases and user stories.
7. Maintain test and functional specifications for applications and systems.
8. Prepare reports, correspondence, and team contributions.
9. Stay updated on QA developments and suggest new tools or methods.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Profile:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree
• Over 3 years of practical experience in QA for medium-large teams
• Over 3 years of experience developing Test Automation Frameworks or suites
• Over 3 years managing test code with Software Configuration Management and integrating with build tools like Azure DevOps
• At least 1 year of experience with git source control, including branching and pull requests
• Over 3 years of experience with UI test automation using Selenium with C#/.NET
• Desirable: experience with Gherkin syntax, Prince2 testing, and applications hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
