Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a Full REMOTE Quality Assurance Engineer for an international organization in New York. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in developing UI test automation with Selenium using C# / .NET. Candidates must be willing to work at least 50% during New York business hours. Fluency in English is required. Candidates must reside in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Act as a QA focal point for communication with development teams and the QA team.
• Support and improve QA services and processes.
• Create, execute, automate, and manage test cases and plans.
• Support software development and release processes through testing.
• Participate in specification, design, automation, and support of application systems from a QA perspective.
• Draft technical documentation including test cases and user stories.
• Maintain test and functional specifications.
• Draft communications and contribute to periodic reports.
• Stay updated on QA developments and propose improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance for medium to large teams.
• Over 3 years of experience in developing test automation frameworks and suites.
• Over 3 years of experience managing test code with Software Configuration Management and integrating with build tools like Azure DevOps.
• Over 1 year of experience with git source control, including branching and pull requests.
• Over 3 years of experience with UI test automation using Selenium and C# / .NET.
• Experience with Gherkin syntax and testing Prince2-based projects is desirable.
• Experience with testing applications hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services is desirable.
