Job Title : Quality Assurance Engineer (Remote)

We are urgently seeking a Full REMOTE Quality Assurance Engineer for an international organization based in New York. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in UI test automation using Selenium with C# / .NET.

Work Hours : Candidates should be willing to work at least 50% during New York business hours.

Location : Candidates must reside in Europe.

Language : Fluency in English is required.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Act as a QA focal point for communication with development teams and the Quality Assurance team.
• Support QA services and contribute to their continuous improvement.
• Create, execute, automate, and manage test cases and plans for existing and new systems.
• Support software development and deployment by testing applications according to established standards.
• Participate in the specification, design, automation, and support of application systems from a QA perspective.
• Draft technical documentation, including test cases and user stories.
• Maintain test and functional specifications for systems and procedures.
• Prepare reports and team contributions for periodic updates.
• Stay updated on QA developments and suggest improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Profile and Requirements :

• Master's or Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in QA for medium-large development teams.
• Over 3 years of experience developing test automation frameworks and suites.
• Over 3 years managing test code using Software Configuration Management tools and integrating with build tools like Azure DevOps.
• At least 1 year of experience with git source control, including branching and pull requests.
• Over 3 years of experience developing UI test automation with Selenium using C# / .NET.
• Experience with Gherkin syntax for test cases is desirable.
• Experience with Prince2-based projects and testing applications in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services is desirable.
