Role & Team

We are seeking a Software Quality Engineer to participate in our agile teams as a test engineer. Your focus will be to foster a quality mindset within the team and implement best practices to enhance team performance and deliver high-quality products. You will be involved throughout the product lifecycle—from requirements and design to review, coding, and testing. Collaboration with Project Managers, Software Engineers, Product Owners, Architects, and Client Services is essential in our agile environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on experience with Java, C++, or C#
• Familiarity with XML, JSON, or JavaScript (a plus)
• Experience in reviewing requirements and providing constructive feedback
• Proficiency in writing detailed test plans and test cases, especially with Visual Studio
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
• Flexibility with working hours to support a global team
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Previous roles as QA Analyst, Software QA, or QA Engineer are advantageous
