Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d), you will dive deep into software, break it apart, and find its weaknesses. You have the power to improve products and deliver a better user experience. Your work matters!

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans for backend systems, web applications, and APIs
• Create and maintain test cases and test data
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and troubleshoot issues
• Participate in the design and development of automated tests
• Identify and document defects and track them in Azure DevOps
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of our software products
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies

Your profile:

• University degree, vocational training or equivalent experience in IT or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in testing backend systems, web applications, and APIs
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
• Experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases
• Experience in automated testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, or Playwright
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish; any additional language is a plus

Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits:

• Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
