We are looking for a Head of Architecture to join our team!

Requirements :

• 2+ years of QA experience, including both manual and automated testing in dynamic product environments (e.g. data platforms, AI tools, or content-driven applications).
• Strong Python automation skills with hands-on experience building and maintaining test frameworks (e.g. pytest, unittest, or custom tools).
• Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and agile development methodologies, with the ability to adapt QA strategies to evolving requirements.
• Practical experience testing LLM-based systems, including prompt behavior validation, response consistency, and hallucination / error analysis.
• Deep expertise in REST API testing, as well as experience with Webhooks / WebSockets, using tools such as Postman, Curl, or custom scripts.
• Experience conducting performance / load testing using tools like Locust, JMeter, or k6, including baseline definition and stress simulations.
• Familiar with CI / CD pipelines and integrating test automation into development workflows (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).
• Comfortable with version control systems (GIT), branching strategies, and reviewing changes in collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex QA findings into actionable insights for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive mindset, capable of working closely with developers, product managers, and designers to improve product quality continuously.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate closely with developers and product managers during planning and grooming sessions to ensure test coverage and quality requirements are aligned.

Perform thorough manual testing of features, including functional, integration, regression, and edge-case validation.

Validate integrations with third-party services and external APIs, ensuring reliability and proper data flow.

Design and maintain detailed and structured test documentation : test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.

Log, track, and retest defects with precise reproduction steps and technical context for developers.

Contribute to test automation by designing reusable test scenarios and working alongside automation engineers to prioritize critical paths.

Analyze quality trends and development velocity, proactively suggesting areas for process optimization.

Participate in performance testing initiatives, helping to define load testing scenarios and evaluating system behavior under stress.

Take part in all sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and actively contribute to team-wide QA improvements.

Maintain high awareness of product functionality, technical constraints, and business needs to improve overall test effectiveness.
