Coforge is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their remote team in Spain. The role involves developing test automation frameworks, mentoring teams, and working closely with development teams. Candidates should have experience with tools like Selenium, Cucumber, and CI/CD tools, along with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to tackle multiple tasks efficiently.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Test Automation using Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber.
• 3+ years of experience in SOAP UI Automation and microservices automation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and test management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Mentor test automation team and provide solutions for technical queries.
• Analyze and coordinate with development teams on issues.

Working model : Remote (from Spain, Poland & UK)

• Follow and recommend design principles and best practices for QA automation.
• Able to develop and maintain test automation framework as per project requirement.
• Understand automation test plans, product architecture and domain in details.
• Solution providing approach for technical queries and help / mentor test automation team.
• Should be able to develop components that are extensible to test tools.
• Hands on experience in PoC solutions for client and can demonstrate.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with multiple tasks.

Required Skills

• Have 4+ years of experience in Test Automation using Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber.
• Have 3+ working experience in SOAP UI Automation and micro services automation using Rest Assured.
• Experience with any CI / CD Tools - Jenkins
• Experience with source code controls - GIT
• Have working experience in iterative and Agile methodologies.
• Quick learner with strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
• Have strong ability to understand business process flow.
• Able to analyze, understand and describe issues and coordinate with dev team.
• Exposure to Test and Defect Management Tools like JIRA, Xray.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of AWS
• Knowledge of tools like Apache JMeter, Security tools.
• Exposure to the Banking and FInancial Services (BFS) domain.
