Forvis Mazars in Barcelona supports the Swiss Quality & Risk Management function as a Quality & Risk Officer. You will contribute to onboarding, ethics, independence, and risk management processes while coordinating internal activities in a dynamic international environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in compliance or audit, strong KYC/AML and sanctions knowledge, and fluency in English and French; German is an asset. This is a permanent full-time hybrid position with cross-border exposure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent higher education qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML requirements, international sanctions frameworks, and the cryptocurrency sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French; German is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Support the firm’s client onboarding and continuance processes.
• Assist in managing ethics, independence, and compliance matters at firm level.
• Perform risk assessments, including KYC/AML reviews, international sanctions screening, and cryptocurrency-related risk analyses.
• Participate in monitoring activities, quality assurance reviews, and internal control procedures.
• Contribute to strategic cross-functional projects at both the local and Group levels.
• Manage registrations and filings with the Swiss Commercial Register.
• Draft reports, analyses, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
