About The Role

At Asolvi, we are seeking a Qualified Accountant to join our Finance Team. Reporting to Shareholders and the Regional Managing Director, your responsibilities will include producing financial and management reports for three locations: Spain, Argentina, and Colombia. You will coordinate with different offices and support relationship-building across the business.

This position requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Preparing month-end reports and financial statements for 3 regions
2. Managing month-end processes for these regions
3. Handling financial administration tasks in Spain and coordinating with Argentina and Colombia
4. Liaising with Directors and colleagues
5. Supporting tax filings and legislative compliance (e.g., IVA)
6. Collaborating with third-party providers
7. Providing professional financial advice
8. Mitigating risks and managing debt recovery
9. Supporting group budget forecasts
10. Managing payroll and authorizing payments
11. Reconciling balance sheet accounts and managing the Fixed Asset Register
12. Applying knowledge of revenue deferment and cost allocations for group reporting
13. Utilizing advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Data Tables)

What You Will Need

1. Qualified or part-qualified ICAC or equivalent
2. Experience with accounting software in a similar role
3. Strong analytical and costing skills
4. Excellent bilingual communication skills (oral and written in both languages)
5. Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
6. Knowledge of legislative changes
7. Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset
