Omega CRM Consulting is seeking an Omnichannel Automation Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Service Overview

The Omnichannel Automation Specialist (OAS) supports the Campaign Automation team and the Next Best Action (NBA) Centre of Excellence. This role manages the end-to-end lifecycle of omnichannel automated campaigns across marketing, medical, and market access teams worldwide.

The OAS translates business rules into efficient configurations within marketing automation tools, ensuring campaigns meet stakeholder expectations and best practices. The role also involves driving innovation, process optimization, and knowledge sharing, collaborating with global stakeholders including GCOs (Global Capability Owners), IT, and market teams.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and document campaign requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business rules.
  • Translate business rules into configurations and workflows within NBA-related marketing tools, ensuring data attributes are actionable.
  • Use data insights to inform campaign design, segmentation, personalization, and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts and Business Analysts to ensure data availability for configuration and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and inform future campaigns.
  • Conduct quality checks, simulations, UAT, and system integration tests to ensure campaign functionality.
  • Identify and implement optimizations, providing feedback and best practices.
  • Document and optimize automation processes, maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  • Ensure optimal use of automation tools, collaborating with IT and vendors to enhance functionalities.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign progress, address impediments, and promote best practices.
Requirements & Skills
  • Degree in Marketing, IT, Pharma, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in campaign automation and omnichannel marketing, with technical workflow expertise.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Veeva CRM/Veeva Vault is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and at least 2 years of SQL experience are required.
  • Familiarity with AWS querying is a plus.
  • Strong QA, troubleshooting, and campaign optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical and business concepts.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to share best practices and support team growth; experience with Atlassian tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
