Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to guarantee conformity of products and support on quality on time delivery by right first time actions. You'll lead inspection plans, use SPC, PFMEA and control plans, provide inspection docs, and coach work preparation on risk analyses while ensuring surveillance of processes and documentation.

Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing engineering is required.

Guarantee the conformity of a product/service to the requirements specified by our customers, and support on quality on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty. In this role of QME you ensure that preventive quality is well established and inspection standards are defined by being accountable for risk assessment of the sequence of operations and responsible for Quality Standards in Production.

• You are accountable for the inspection plan and for the inspection criteria.
• You will be a Focal Point for usage of Tools like SPC, Control Plan and PFMEA to ensure conformity of parts and assemblies.
• You will be responsible to provide specific Inspection documentation which will be integrated in work orders by work preparation.
• You are accountable and will coach and support Work Preparation on risks analysis.
• You are accountable and responsible for the surveillance of work preparation processes and its documents.
• You will contribute to quality improvement projects.
• You will be responsible to perform measurement system analysis to ensure the accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility of new measurement systems.
• FAI Leader (I-DEV-03-08-01) Detect FAI need, plan, manage (FAI and corrective actions) and verify the FAI closure (e.g.FORM 123).
• You will be responsible for performing Control Plan.
• You will participate and analyze the result of industrialization and propose actions to increase the quality of parts.
• You will support the production by analyzing and solving technical issues.

For this role, minimum 2 years experience in Manufacturing engineer is needed.
