Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive daily operations and support the industrialization stages in a dynamic, rapid-response environment.

You will produce manufacturing documentation and collaborate with a cross-functional team to optimize the production line, while advancing digital solutions and lean practices to achieve industrial excellence.

Formación

• Engineering background in Manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German or French is advantageous.
• AI and Data Analytics foundations; Project management is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Produce manufacturing documentation integrating design data with an operator-focused perspective.
• Help ensure a balanced and efficient line system.
• Be a technical reference for operators, collaborating with a Multi-Functional Team to analyze and solve production issues and reduce incidents.
• Participate in the adoption of digital technologies in the business.
• Support the adoption of Airbus Operating System (AOS) through lean actions to reach industrial excellence targets.

Your Role & Contribution

• You will produce manufacturing documentation, integrating design data while maintaining an operator-focused perspective.
• You will help ensure a balanced and efficient line system.

Requirements (Your Boarding Pass)

• Engineering background in Manufacturing.
• Curious and rigorous, enthusiastic and constant. Recognised as a great team player.
• Diverse academic and non-academic background.
• AI and Data Analytics foundations. Project management expertise is highly valued.
• Language fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of German or French is advantageous.
