As we expand our global presence, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative based in Spain to lead our growth initiatives and increase student enrolments across the Spanish market.

This role is fully remote and designed for someone who thrives on autonomy, connection, and making a real impact in people’s lives through education.

Your Mission

As our Sales Representative in Spain, you’ll be the face of Original Campus in your region. Your mission is to identify commercial opportunities,

build strategic partnerships, and convert qualified leads into enrolments. You’ll help grow our brand and support students in their journey to study, live, and thrive in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement local sales strategies to meet enrolment and revenue goals in Spain
  • Promote our English and vocational programs through consultative conversations
  • Identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Monitor local trends and customer behaviour to inform marketing and product improvements
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine our go-to-market approach
  • Maintain accurate reporting using CRM tools like HubSpot

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment
  • A self-starter who thrives on hitting sales targets and exceeding goals
  • Deep cultural understanding of the Spanish education and youth market
  • Native-level Spanish and strong English communication skills
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and time management
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, WhatsApp, Monday, etc)
