Elawan Energy seeks a skilled HSE professional to contribute to health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction and operation of projects. You will support the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and assist in Sustainability reporting, ensuring proper documentation and processes in a dynamic energy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support Construction team in document management and monitoring of projects.
• Assist in environmental performance monitoring and subcontractor oversight.
• Participate in site meetings and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Support site access management and documentation for maintenance activities.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Help prepare and consolidate information for Sustainability reporting.

Your mission

To contribute to compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements during the construction and operation of projects, ensuring the proper implementation of corporate standards. Additionally, to participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001), as well as in the collection and consolidation of information for the Sustainability and ESG Report.

• Construction: Support the Health and Safety team in document management and the monitoring of projects under construction. Support the Construction Department in overseeing the environmental performance of projects. Assist in monitoring and supervising subcontractors and external consultants responsible for environmental, health, and safety management. Participate in site meetings and inspections to ensure compliance with the above requirements.
• Operations and Maintenance: Support the management of site access for projects and review documentation required for preventive and corrective maintenance activities carried out by third-party contractors. Assist the Operations and Maintenance Department in monitoring Health & Safety and waste management compliance.
• Integrated Management System: Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Sustainability Reporting: Assist in the preparation and consolidation of information for the Sustainability Report.

Your profile

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• A Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) or Occupational Risk Prevention is highly desirable.
• High level of English proficiency.
• At least 1 year of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), preferably in the energy sector.

Skills

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Plans, risk assessments, and emergency/self-protection plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, sustainability reporting, and non-financial reporting is an advantage.
• Strong customer/service quality orientation and sense of responsibility.
• Teamwork, proactive attitude, and a pragmatic approach.
• Process-oriented mindset and openness to change.
• Professional and well-structured communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
