We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java and Python and domain experience in Hi-Tech and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires proficiency in German (Read/Write Speak) and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Oversee the automation of test scripts using Java and Python to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Provide thorough analysis and documentation of test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality standards in the development process.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to developers to enhance code quality.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Drive the adoption of new testing tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the teams testing capabilities.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to provide input on testability and quality.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Must have strong proficiency in Java and Python for test automation.
• Must have domain experience in Hi-Tech and Finance & Accounting.
• Must be fluent in German (Read/Write Speak).
