Formación

• Experiencia de 3 a 4 años en análisis de proteínas y desarrollo de métodos analíticos.
• Dominio de técnicas de biología molecular y microbiología.
• Conocimiento de regulaciones farmacéuticas y directrices.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluar y revisar la documentación técnica del área de control de calidad.
• Preparar y revisar documentación del ciclo de vida del método analítico.
• Participar en equipos de proyectos y reuniones con clientes.

Overview

¿Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your professional career in a CDMO Quality Control department?

The successful candidate will join 3PBiovian as a Quality Control Technician – Physico-chemical Laboratory.

Main responsibilities :

• Evaluate and review the technical documentation corresponding to the Quality Control of the physico-chemical area, as well as the analytical results in routine manufacturing, validation and transfer activities in the established times.
• Prepare and / or review documentation related to the average life cycle of analytical QC methods, such as validation, transfer or verification protocols and reports, change controls... in the established times.
• Perform active participation in project teams, including internal and customer meetings if applicable.
• Review and approve project documentation (Sampling Plans; Flow charts) required for operations.
• Carry out the drafting and supervision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
• Conduct investigation of OOTs, OOSs and deviations.
• Manage CAPAs (corrective and preventive actions) arising from deviations and applicable effectiveness verification.
• Support stability studies agreed with our customers in collaboration with other technicians.

Assessment criteria :

• University Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or similar.
• Master's degree related to the area of study.
• PhD with specialization in Biotechnology is valued but not necessary.
• Between 3 and 4 years of experience in / with :
• Performing protein analysis.
• Development / qualification / validation of non-complementary analytical methods.
• Specific molecular biology techniques for protein characterization and microbiology techniques.
• Recombinant proteins, mAbs, Biosimilar, ADCs.
• Knowledge of analytical equipment : HPLC, UV, IR, etc. and GMP regulations.
• Pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
• Languages :
• High level of spoken and written English (Level C1 / Advanced).
