Scent & Care develops, produces, and distributes fragrance compositions, cosmetic ingredients, aroma molecules, and mint flavors. These products are used in perfumes, personal care and cosmetic products, cleaning and laundry products, air fresheners, and oral hygiene products.

Your Role

• Perform chromatographic and physicochemical analysis of finished products.
• Conduct chromatographic and physicochemical analysis of raw materials.
• Assist the olfactory panel.
• Prepare samples for analysis.
• Store and organize analyzed samples and related documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the Quality Control laboratory, including materials and equipment used.
• Provide data to help establish specifications for new products.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (production, supply chain, maintenance, R&D).
• Ensure the laboratory complies with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Maintain a chemical and physical inventory of all materials in the lab.

About you

• Degree in Science (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Environmental Sciences, etc.).
• Knowledge of chromatographic analysis (GC and GC-MS) and physicochemical analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with olfactory techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality control systems is desirable.
• Understanding of chemical regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.) is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
