If you have an eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement, we want you in our team!

We are expanding our team within the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) division, and we are looking for a Testing and QA Expert to ensure the excellence of our products.

You will support the QA function and the development team, executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the software.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

Your main tasks will be:

1. Guide and mentor QA team members, providing guidance on testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
2. Provide expert advice on test planning and execution.
3. Perform comprehensive regression testing when resolving bugs.
4. Support and guide test case creation through detailed technical analysis of functional and non-functional specifications.
5. Define test policy and manage related support processes.
6. Take responsibility and manage all testing activities.
7. Create detailed and comprehensive test cases, reviewed and approved with product owners.
8. Contribute to writing blog articles, white papers, and case studies as required.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for experts with previous experience leading and managing QA teams, the ability to effectively lead cross-functional software development teams, practical experience in software testing methodologies, tools, techniques, agile environments, and knowledge of QA test management platforms.

Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA, familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks are advantageous.
