WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We seek experts with experience leading and managing QA teams, capable of effectively leading cross-functional software development teams. Practical experience in software testing methodologies, tools, techniques, agile environments, and knowledge of QA test management platforms is essential.
Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA, familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks are advantageous.
