How can you help us?

As a Quality Technologist, your main role will be to analyze and improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot incidents, and implement solutions aligned with our quality standards.

Main responsibilities include:

• Participate in complaint investigation and reporting
• Support HACCP team
• Process validation and corrective actions
• Review manufacturing quality controls
• Support crisis and incident management
• Assist in audits
• Industrial trials support
• Analyze quality incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Use statistical tools for data insights
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects

Skills and competencies

Background:

• Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar
• At least 3 years in food manufacturing

Competences:

• Experience in Food Safety and risk management
• Knowledge of GFSI standards (IFS), product certificates (Halal, Kosher, FDA)
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (B2)

Others:

• Proactive, autonomous, and action-oriented
• Team player with excellent communication and organization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and responsive to change
• Available to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
