Meet your future department

Our Quality Department ensures product excellence and compliance throughout production. As part of the Supply team, we focus on quality, safety, and innovation, maintaining our reputation for high standards.

How can you help us?

As a Quality Technologist, your main mission is to analyze and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring continuous enhancement and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with production teams to identify improvements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions aligned with our quality standards.

Main responsibilities include:

• Participate in complaint investigations and reporting
• Support HACCP team
• Process validation and corrective actions
• Review manufacturing quality controls
• Crisis and incident management support
• Support audits
• Assist in industrial trials
• Investigate quality incidents, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions
• Use statistical tools to monitor and interpret manufacturing data for process improvements
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure quality alignment
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects

Skills and competencies

Qualifications include a degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar, with at least 3 years of experience in food manufacturing. Required competencies include knowledge of food safety standards (GFSI, IFS), product certifications (Halal, Kosher, FDA), fluency in Spanish and English (B2), proactive attitude, teamwork, excellent communication, organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, analytical skills, adaptability, and on-site availability.
