Formación

• 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control.

How You Can Help Us

As a Quality Technologist, your main role will be to analyze and improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to uphold quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Participate in complaint investigations and reporting
• Support HACCP team
• Process validation and corrective actions
• Review manufacturing quality controls
• Support crisis and incident management
• Assist in audits
• Support industrial trials
• Analyze incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Use statistical tools for data insights
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects

Skills and Competencies

Qualifications include a bachelor's in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar, with at least 3 years of experience in food manufacturing. Essential skills include knowledge of food safety standards (GFSI, IFS, Halal, Kosher, FDA), fluency in Spanish and English (B2), proactive attitude, teamwork, proficiency in MS Office, analytical skills, adaptability, and availability for on-site work.
