Meet your future department: Our Quality Department plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of product excellence and compliance across all stages of production.

As part of the Supply team, we work collaboratively to maintain and improve the quality of our products, processes, and systems, fostering innovation while adhering to stringent safety and regulatory requirements.

You'll be joining a dynamic team of experts who are passionate about driving continuous improvement, maintaining customer satisfaction, and upholding our company's reputation for exceptional quality.

How can you help us? As a Quality Technologist, your primary mission will be to analyze and enhance our manufacturing processes, ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with the production team to identify opportunities for improvement, troubleshoot daily incidents, and implement solutions that align with our quality and performance standards.

Your main responsibilities:

• Participate in Complaint investigation and reporting.
• Support HACCP team.
• Process validation and corrective actions.
• Revision of manufacturing quality controls.
• Crisis and incident management support.
• Internal and external audits support.
• Support in Industrial trials.
• Incident Analysis and Resolution: Investigate daily quality incidents or deviations in manufacturing, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive actions to mitigate recurrence.

• Data-Driven Insights: Use statistical tools and methodologies to monitor and interpret manufacturing data, providing actionable recommendations for process and quality enhancements.
• Collaboration with Manufacturing Teams: Act as a liaison between the Quality and Manufacturing departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on quality priorities.
• Continuous Improvement Projects: Lead or support initiatives aimed at improving product quality, reducing waste, and enhancing production efficiency.

Skills and Competencies Background:

• Bachelor in Food technology, Chemical engineering, Chemistry degree or similar.
• 3 years experience in food Manufacturing.

Competences:

• Experience in Quality and Food Safety and risk management.
• Knowledge and experience in GFSi standards (IFS) and product certificates (Halal, Kosher, FDA).
• Fluency in Spanish and competent in English (B2).

Others:

• Proactive, autonomous, initiating action.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adapting and responding to change.
• Availability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
