About The Role

As a QA Specialist – Web Environments and Test Automation at Flanks, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform. You'll design and implement test automation strategies, verify that developments meet acceptance criteria, and validate system outputs after each release. Working closely with Frontend, Backend, UX, and Product teams, you’ll also monitor data quality and consistency, and document bugs and improvement opportunities with precision and clarity.

What You'll Do ️

Here’s what you can expect to work on:

• Verify that developments meet the acceptance criteria before being deployed to production.
• Design and implement test automation strategies to validate new features and prevent regressions.
• Ensure that, after each release, all expected outputs continue to be correctly generated across features and systems.
• Clearly and systematically document bugs, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with the Frontend, Backend, UX, and Product teams.
• Validate data quality, ensuring its consistency and daily updates (market data, positions, etc.).
  
  

What We'd Love To See

• Prior experience as a QA in web applications or SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with test automation (preferably Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
• Experience validating REST API integrations.
• Analytical mindset and strong focus on data quality.
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively in our bilingual environment ️.
