ERNI está buscando un/a Ingeniero/a de pruebas con fuerte experiencia en diseño de pruebas funcionales y estrategias para sistemas complejos. Se valorará dominio de JS/TS/Java/Python y experiencia en herramientas como Playwright, Cypress o Selenium.

Formación

• Experiencia sólida en diseñar pruebas funcionales y estrategias de testing para sistemas complejos.
• Habilidades analíticas fuertes y comprensión end-to-end del comportamiento del sistema.
• Experiencia en programación con al menos un lenguaje (JS/TS/Java/Python).
• Experiencia con marcos de automatización de pruebas como Playwright, Cypress o Selenium.
• Experiencia en testing exploratorio, entornos de prueba, datos de prueba y reporte de defectos.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar requisitos y comportamiento del producto para diseñar estrategias de pruebas funcionales y casos de prueba.
• Ejecutar pruebas manuales, automatizadas y exploratorias en sistemas complejos, identificando riesgos y edge cases.
• Preparar entornos y datos de prueba, documentar resultados y defectos, y colaborar con el Test Manager.
• Trabajar en diversos proyectos y tecnologías, manteniendo oportunidades de crecimiento y aprendizaje continuo.

Can you imagine using your analytical skills to validate complex systems end-to-end and ensure real product quality? Join our expert team to work on Healthcare solution, contributing to the design and execution of high-quality functional tests and end-to-end validation.

You will apply your knowledge of functional testing, test automation and exploratory testing to anticipate issues, identify edge cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage. At ERNI, you are never just a number.

Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months. And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI.

You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals. We strongly encourage growth and continuous training.

What you will bring

• Solid experience designing functional tests and testing strategies for complex systems.
• Strong analytical skills and an end-to-end understanding of system behaviour.
• Programming experience with at least one language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java or Python.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar.
• Experience with exploratory testing, test environments, test data and defect reporting.

You will be responsible for analysing requirements and product behaviour to design functional test strategies and comprehensive test cases.

Executing manual, automated and exploratory tests across complex end-to-end systems while identifying risks and edge cases.

Preparing test environments and data, documenting results and defects, and collaborating with the Test Manager to ensure the defined testing strategy is followed.
