Position:

We are looking for a QA Lead with advanced English (C1) and Spanish (C1) for a project we are currently managing for a Spanish client.

Mission:

As a QA Lead, your focus will be on:

• Managing QA project portfolio demand extensively.
• Demonstrating high proficiency in English (C1+) and Spanish (C1).
• Possessing deep knowledge and broad experience in end-to-end testing, including functional testing, QA management, automated testing, security testing, load, and performance testing.

Requirements:

1. Technical Expertise in Testing and Quality

Extensive experience in functional and non-functional testing, automation, test planning, and coverage in environments such as SAP S/4HANA, AWS, and ServiceNow. Ability to design and execute validation and compliance strategies, including quality governance frameworks.

2. Strategic Leadership and Global Management

Experience leading global programs and portfolios, coordinating multidisciplinary teams in complex projects, with a focus on testing, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation. Proficiency in Project and Program Management tools.

3. Dynamic and Client-Oriented Profile

Experience interacting with high-level stakeholders, with excellent communication skills. Availability for on-site work in Barcelona or nearby areas.
