Mentor Talent Acquisition in Vienna is seeking a QA Engineer to join a cross-functional team responsible for delivering a reliable, secure, and user-friendly software product. The role involves manual and automated testing across functional and performance areas.

You will write automated tests, document defects, and collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure releases meet quality standards. A remote option in Europe with quarterly office weeks in Vienna is available.

Formación

• Proven experience in software quality assurance.
• Understanding of software development life cycle and QA methodologies.
• Experience with manual testing (knowledge of test automation is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual and automated testing when needed to ensure thorough quality coverage.
• Write automated tests.
• Identify, document, and track software defects in a detailed and structured manner.
• Work closely with the product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure they are adequately tested.
• Ensure that all software releases meet the quality standards before deployment.
• Contribute to the development of automated test scripts for functional, integration, and performance testing.
