Lognext is seeking a Global Quality Assurance (GQA) professional to join a multinational leader in the financial sector. Responsibilities include testing Windows builds, devices, and SCCM/MECM changes, validating hardware, and producing validation reports for production releases.

The role involves collaboration with international teams, strong end-user computing QA experience, and advanced English (C1). Hybrid work setup with four onsite days per month is offered.

Responsabilidades

• Perform functional and technical testing of Windows builds, corporate applications, GPOs, corporate images and SCCM/MECM infrastructure changes.
• Validate laptops, monitors, docks, peripherals and other hardware integrations, ensuring compatibility with corporate devices and standards.
• Assess risks, troubleshoot issues and identify potential user or production impacts at an early stage of the delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain the dedicated pre-production laboratory environment, including servers, Active Directory, Windows infrastructure and SCCM/MECM.
• Process requests received through ServiceNow and Workplace Design teams, following structured validation workflows.
• Produce detailed validation reports and provide clear go/no-go decisions for production releases.
• Collaborate with international Evolution, Packaging, Deployment and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure and reliable end-to-end delivery.

We are looking for a Global Quality Assurance (GQA) to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial sector.

• Strong knowledge of Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, GPOs and SCCM/MECM.
• Experience testing operating systems, corporate applications, hardware integrations and Windows corporate builds.
• Strong troubleshooting, risk-assessment and technical-analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and consistently apply quality standards and validation processes.
• Excellent communication, reporting and teamwork skills in an international environment.
• Advanced English proficiency, minimum C1.
• Experience working with ServiceNow and structured enterprise validation workflows.
• Experience maintaining pre-production laboratories and production-replica environments.
• Knowledge of global workplace deployment, application packaging and infrastructure processes.
