Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end stock purchase order lifecycle, including requisition, PO creation, goods receipt, invoice verification, and supplier interactions.
• Validate and test replenishment and scheduling scenarios to ensure process accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate supplier and logistics systems with SAP MM procurement modules.
• Analyze and challenge existing approval workflows, pricing mechanisms, and tolerance logic to drive improvements and optimize procurement processes.
• Design and execute QA test cases and scenarios, ensuring compliance with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support implementation of enhanced procurement solutions.
• Monitor quality metrics, report defects, and track resolution to maintain high standards of operational quality.
• Document test results, maintain QA records, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
