Develop, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories, with a focus on Financial Service Cloud applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and exploratory testing of software applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of Financial Service Cloud features. Identify, document, and report defects in the issue tracking system, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution, especially for Financial Service Cloud-related issues. Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems, with an emphasis on Financial Service Cloud. Work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary, particularly for Financial Service Cloud components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, including Financial Service Cloud functionalities. Provide feedback on usability and advocate for the end-user experience, especially in the context of Financial Service Cloud. Document and provide clear reports on testing activities and project quality status, including Financial Service Cloud testing outcomes. Follow the established QA Best Practices, incorporating Financial Service Cloud-specific guidelines. Create positive and negative test cases, following the provided requirements, with a focus on Financial Service Cloud scenarios. Set correctly the priority, root cause, and assignee for all reported issues, updating the issue when new relevant information is received, particularly for Financial Service Cloud defects. Identify missing information and request clarification, especially regarding Financial Service Cloud requirements. Use internal collaborative tools, including AllAi, to gather and learn information about the tools, technologies, and testing methods necessary for everyday work, with a focus on Financial Service Cloud. Help less experienced QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and attention to detail, particularly in Financial Service Cloud testing. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies, including those relevant to Financial Service Cloud.
