ERNI in Barcelona seeks a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of digital laboratory solutions in regulated environments. Your role involves designing and executing testing strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and validating user workflows. You're expected to leverage your expertise in QA Engineering and CI/CD practices to enhance software stability and quality.

Formación

• Experience designing and executing functional testing strategies including regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of non‑functional testing practices such as performance, load, and usability testing.
• Experience validating integrations within complex distributed software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute End‑to‑End testing strategies across multiple software products.
• Validate integrations and user workflows within complex distributed systems.
• Assess risks before releases and document testing activities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure software quality, stability, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing functional testing strategies including regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of non‑functional testing practices such as performance, load, and usability testing.
• Experience validating integrations within complex distributed software systems.
• Hands‑on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or Postman.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and systems infrastructure.

Working Model

We ask you to be available for key meetings. If you need to take time for personal appointments we trust you to deliver quality work within your 40‑hour workweek. Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office two days a week, depending on the project and team.
