• Experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Hands-on testing with automated frameworks, backend testing and API validation.
• Programming experience with Java or Kotlin or similar technologies.
• Collaborative, proactive problem-solving and cross-functional communication.
• Fluency in English. CI/CD experience and ISTQB certification are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve the team's testing approach in an agile environment.
• Ensure test readiness across infrastructure, environments, and test data.
• Design, implement, and expand automated test coverage for backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to clarify requirements and preempt defects.
• Share testing insights and quality metrics to inform release decisions.
• Contribute to Continuous Testing and Continuous Delivery practices.
