Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software y automatización de pruebas.
• Fuertes habilidades en programación Java (Spring Framework es una ventaja).
• Nivel de inglés bueno (C1), ya que trabajarás con equipos internacionales.

Responsabilidades

• Trabajar como parte de un equipo de Ingeniería de Servicios autoorganizado para ofrecer soluciones de prueba automatizadas.
• Definir estrategias de prueba para servicios y aplicaciones en la nube.
• Diseñar y desarrollar pruebas automatizadas.

What are we looking for?

A QA Automation Tester with experience in Java and Cucumber, working closely with one of our main clients in the banking sector.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Work as part of a self-organized Services Engineering Team to deliver automated testing solutions.
• Define testing strategies for cloud-based services and applications.
• Analyze and contribute to decisions on new features and developments.
• Monitor defined quality control metrics.
• Design and develop automated tests.
• Innovate within your team and contribute technically.

What UST expects from you?

• 3+ years of experience in software development and test automation.
• Solid Java programming skills (Spring Framework is a plus).
• Experience in API testing and understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience in performance testing (Gatling is a plus).
• Experience with BDD using Cucumber and Gherkin language.
• Experience defining testing strategies from scratch.
• Experience working in cloud environments.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins is a plus).
• Experience with Git repositories (GitHub is a plus).
• Experience with build automation tools (Gradle is a plus).
• Familiarity with Atlassian Suite, especially Jira.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum.
• Good English level (C1), as you'll work with international teams.

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of design patterns.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, mobile testing, Scala, and using Cucumber for API testing.

Work location: 100% remote within Spain.

Business hours with no intensive working days on Fridays or during summer.
