Minimum Qualifications :
  • At least 4 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer and 2 years of experience testing in an SAP HCM Payroll environment or any Payroll Software.
  • Strong experience in designing functional test cases based on requirements and wireframes.
  • Exposure to API Testing techniques and Security Testing.
  • Ability to coordinate with Product Managers and Scrum Masters in testing requirements.
  • Experience in preparing functional test design/specification documents as per requirements.
  • Knowledge of Integration, Functional, and Regression testing, API testing, and SSO testing.
  • Nice to have: Experience in SAP Payroll Implementation UAT or general QA experience with HCM Software products like Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday, etc.
  • Full English proficiency.
What Will You Do?
  • Work in a fast-paced, flexible environment, managing two-week sprints while maintaining high coding standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Create test plans, cases, and scenarios for large-scale, complex applications, focusing on end-user verification and validation.
  • Communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders to advocate for product improvements.
  • Develop automated test scripts based on business requirements or manual test cases.
  • Collaborate with the project team to understand and document requirements.
  • Automate test plans for complex features and product integration.
  • Prepare data mapping documents for system loading.
  • Guide the team to ensure understanding of requirements and specifications.
