QA Automation (SAP Payroll)

Minimum Requirements

1. At least 4 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer and 2 years of experience testing in an SAP HCM Payroll environment or any Payroll Software.
2. Strong experience in designing functional test cases based on requirements and wireframes.
3. Exposure to API Testing techniques and Security Testing.
4. Ability to coordinate with Product Managers and Scrum Masters in testing requirements.
5. Experience in preparing functional test design/specification documents as per requirements.
6. Knowledge of Integration, Functional, and Regression testing, including API testing and SSO testing.
7. Nice to have: Experience in SAP Payroll Implementation UAT or general experience as a QA engineer in HCM Software products, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday, etc.
8. Full English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans, cases, and scenarios for large-scale, complex software applications, focusing on end-user verification and validation.
• Communicate effectively with technical developers and stakeholders to advocate for product changes that benefit the end user.
• Develop automated test scripts by understanding business requirements or manual test cases.
• Work closely with the project team to understand and document requirements.
• Automate test plans for complex features and product integration.
• Prepare mapping documents to load data into target systems.
• Provide guidance to ensure full understanding of requirements and functional specifications.

Preferred Skills and Environment
