Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring multi-channel interactions.
  • Delivering weekly qualitative analysis.
  • Managing and analyzing performance data and KPIs.
  • Collaborating with team leaders and sales teams.
  • Using quality monitoring systems to track performance.
  • Participating in customer listening programs to identify needs.
  • Providing actionable data to support groups.
  • Facilitating call calibration sessions.
  • Providing feedback to call center staff.
  • Preparing and analyzing quality reports for management.

Requirements:

  • High standards of excellence and analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience as a quality analyst focused on sales and performance teams.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation.
