Une agence de recrutement de premier plan recherche un consultant SAP HCM-Payroll pour un projet de 12 mois en télétravail à 100%. Le candidat idéal a une solide expérience dans la configuration de la paie espagnole et est capable d'intégrer de nouveaux développements RH dans SAP. Le travail est à temps plein, avec des voyages possibles à Madrid pour des sessions de test et de mise en service.

Formación

• Expérience en personnalisation du module SAP HCM-Payroll.
• Connaissance de la paie espagnole requise.
• Fluency en espagnol (niveau minimum C1).

Responsabilidades

• Configurer et personnaliser le processus de paie espagnole.
• Prendre en charge les exigences et concevoir l'intégration dans SAP.
• Voyager à Madrid pour des UAT et le Go-Live.

SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant - Spanish Speaking. 100% Remote. Flexible Start Date between June - September. 12 Month Contract.

Our client based in Madrid, Spain requires a fluent Spanish speaking SAP HCM-Payroll Consultant with knowledge of Spanish Payroll to work on a 12 month project focusing on configuration and customizing of the entire Spanish payroll process.

Requirements:
Must have strong customising experience in SAP HCM-Payroll
Must have strong knowledge of Spanish Payroll
Must have the ability to take requirements, design and perform the integration of new HR developments in the SAP standard.

Nice to have but not mandatory:
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is nice to have

Languages:




Must be fluent in Spanish (minimum C1 level)

Start Date:
The start date is very flexible. The client would ideally like someone to start ASAP. The latest possible start date would be the 1st September 2025
12 Month Contract

Work Load:
Full-time 5 days per week Monday - Friday.
8 hours per day

Remote Work:
Up to 100% Remote Work possible
The customer would ideally prefer 3-4 trips to Madrid for UATs, Go-Live, etc... Trips will last approximately 1 week. Travel expenses will be covered by the client - but 100% remote work is possible, if onsite travel is not possible.
