Maintenance Engineer

Bolton Food Spain is looking for talented candidates to fill the position of Maintenance Engineer. This role is dedicated to designing, planning, and supervising the annual preventive maintenance plan, ensuring the operational efficiency of equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Engineer will also coordinate mandatory legal inspections and promote continuous improvement in processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

h3>Responsibilities

1. Design and plan preventive maintenance activities, developing and managing the annual maintenance schedule aligned with operational needs.
2. Create and update maintenance procedures, defining standards and audit checklists similar to manufacturing orders.
3. Supervise legal inspections of critical equipment, such as autoclaves, ensuring compliance with regulations.
4. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
5. Coordinate and monitor training programs to enhance the technical skills of maintenance staff.
6. Participate in daily management meetings, reporting progress, incidents, and improvement initiatives.

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
