Formación

• 3-5 years of backend development experience is a plus.

About the Role

Shape the future of AI — with PHP! As an AI Tutor - PHP, you will work to improve AI systems' understanding and generation of clean, maintainable PHP code. This role combines backend expertise with AI innovation.

Your Day-to-Day

1. Evaluate AI-generated PHP code for best practices, performance, and readability.
2. Write elegant and functional PHP code to solve backend problems.
3. Explain logic, approaches, and edge case handling in easy-to-follow summaries.
4. Support the development of models capable of assisting real-world developers.

About You

• Fluent in English with the ability to clearly communicate programming concepts.
• Expertise in PHP, with familiarity in frameworks like Laravel or Symfony, understanding APIs and MVC patterns.
• 3-5 years of backend development experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing one) in Computer Science or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Enthusiastic about AI and eager to influence its evolution through practical programming experience.

Alignerr is committed to pay parity and transparent compensation discussions. The expected hourly rate range for US-based candidates is $15–$150, with actual pay depending on skills, experience, and location.
