The Role

We’re searching for a solid full stack developer to join our team and help design, build, deploy, and manage the software technicalities in our projects delivering complex and advanced applications using AI solutions, as well as being the pillar for the professional growth of our team of junior developers. This mid-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects spanning various technological domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to ideation and definition of innovative software solutions.
• Lead the definition of software applications for traditional application architecture, including FrontEnd and BackEnd development.
• Collaborate on projects related to ML, AI, LLM, robotics, and quantum computing.
• Participate in consultancy projects focused on innovation processes and facilitating innovation adoption in various sectorial markets, assisting in building PoCs or MVPs.
• Lead teams of developers, both internal and subcontracted, and foster teamwork in a remote environment.
• Ensure the quality of software and artifacts delivered, defining and overseeing proper QA strategies.
• Participate in documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
• Lead deployment activities and coordinate with client teams for successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in full stack software development.
• At least 1 year of experience in applications architecture and design.
• Mandatory knowledge of FrontEnd frameworks: React, Node.Js, Next.Js.
• Mandatory knowledge of Backend technologies: Python (Flask / FastAPI), JavaScript (Node.Js / Bun.Js, Express, NestJS).
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, automated deployment, HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Additional skills of interest: Azure DevOps, Git, GitFlow, vibe-coding.

Soft Skills and Other Requirements

• Analytical mindset with a methodological approach to software development, maintaining flexibility.
• Ability to lead small development teams and conduct technical meetings.
• Adaptability to changing environments and uncertainty, especially in innovation contexts.

Essential Requirements

• Residency in Spain with remote work within Spanish territory.
• Native or near-native Spanish proficiency.
• Minimum English level: B2 (fluent in speaking and writing).
