YouBaby Studio is an international, women-led creative brand based in Dubai — best known for our family and newborn photography studios across the UAE and beyond.
We’re looking for a
Recruitment Specialist
to join us remotely and take the lead in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent. This is a focused, high-quality, non-volume recruiting role where you’ll work closely with the founder and core leadership team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles across multiple regions
• Source, screen, and coordinate with potential hires — one great candidate at a time
• Collaborate with team leads to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Help improve internal hiring systems, from documentation to onboarding
• Be a true hiring partner, not just a CV screener

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong English (Upper Intermediate+)
