About the Role :

As a Developer at Riluxa, you will be responsible for development and support of a wide range of systems based on the Odoo business application framework, PostgreSQL, GKE. You will design and develop enterprise systems to improve business performance, expand the integration of AI in all business processes, and support development and improvement of our websites. Being part of a fast-growing company, you will need to be adaptable, anticipate, and respond to change proactively.

Responsibilities :

• Deep involvement in the specification and design of new client systems
• Building, testing, and supporting systems built in the Odoo framework
• Custom web application development using JS / HTML / CSS
• Integration of AI capabilities in all our business processes
• Investigating and resolving customer-reported issues
• Contributing to the continual improvement of Riluxa's development practices
• Assisting with technical and product strategy

Requirements :

• Web-based Software Development (2 to 10 years ideally)
• Python Experience (2+ years ideally)
• Front-end (JavaScript) development + HTML / CSS
• Proven experience designing customer-ready UIs
• PostgreSQL Database Design
• Linux System Administration
• DevOps, Cloud Tech & Infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, AWS)
• Automated Testing & CI / CD Experience beneficial
• Experience with Odoo ERP development
