Position Summary

We’re looking for a Python Developer with a passion for data and backend development to join our Network Intelligence area at Future Connections.

As part of our multidisciplinary team of telecom and software engineers, you’ll work on backend development across a range of exciting projects. Your focus will be on building data-driven solutions and reliable APIs to support key telecom use cases for some of the leading wireless operators in Spain and across Europe.

You’ll be writing clean, efficient Python code, building and maintaining RESTful APIs using FastAPI, and collaborating closely with our data engineers to process and transform large datasets. Additionally, you'll help shape scalable backend systems and work hand-in-hand with frontend developers and stakeholders to bring new features to life.

The best part? You’ll do all this with the flexibility to work from wherever suits you best – fully remote, hybrid, or from our office in Spain.

Requirements

• BSc in Telecommunications or Software Engineering.
• Over 3 years of experience programming with Python .
• Experience with Pandas , NumPy , and working with structured data.
• Familiarity with FastAPI or similar modern Python web frameworks.
• Comfortable working with Docker (we use it for everything).
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases ( PostgreSQL is a plus).
• Experience with Git and CI / CD tools .
• Bonus : experience with cloud services (AWS) or container orchestration.
• English Level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
