What You Will Do

1. The Python Automation & RPA/AI Solutions Developer designs, builds, and maintains intelligent automation solutions that streamline operations, enhance analytics, and reduce manual effort across business functions. This role involves delivering high-impact Python automations, integrating AI technologies, and supporting scalable digital workflows. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions aligned with enterprise priorities.
2. Designs and develops Python-based automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and process quality.
3. Maintains and optimizes automation scripts and AI integrations across various units.
4. Builds scalable solutions combining Python automation with OCR, NLP, and machine learning.
5. Develops data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows using structured and unstructured data.
6. Maintains, troubleshoots, and enhances automations; identifies root causes and implements fixes.
7. Collaborates with business users and analysts to gather requirements and refine automation opportunities.
8. Performs testing and deployment of automation solutions.
9. Adheres to enterprise automation standards, process governance, and documentation best practices.
10. Uses data mining and statistical techniques to inform automation design and strategies.
11. Translates complex business rules into modular Python logic.
12. Participates in agile development cycles, contributing to planning and demonstrations.
13. Documents processes, code, and user instructions for maintenance and knowledge transfer.

What You Bring

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2. 4+ years of Python development experience in automation, scripting, or data pipelines.
3. 3+ years of experience in PO&C (HR & Org) or related HR/Org solutions and data.
4. Experience designing, building, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions in Python and enterprise tools.
5. Ability to integrate intelligent components like OCR, NLP, and ML into automation processes.
6. Experience with data mining, transformation, and large dataset analysis.
7. Developing reusable modules for file processing, API, and database interactions.
8. Creating scalable scripts with logging, error handling, and exception management.
9. Supporting job orchestration and workflow management.
10. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
11. Understanding of data mining, analytics, and machine learning techniques.
12. Skills in data preparation, feature engineering, clustering, predictive modeling, NLP, and statistical analysis.
13. Experience in data visualization and delivering insights.
14. Ability to collaborate with business partners and data scientists.
15. Experience with solution design, documentation, testing, and deployment in Agile environments.
