Formación

Job Description

What will you do?

HR Administration & Payroll

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding through the HRIS.
  • Oversee the flexible benefits platform (health insurance, meal vouchers, transport, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records and databases.
  • Process and review payroll, commissions, and salary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Accounting on audits, reports, and automation.
  • Manage labor-related service providers.
  • Develop and refine HR and financial reports.
  • Provide guidance on labor law compliance.
  • Coordinate workplace risk prevention with the ORP service.
  • Manage documentation and track prevention plans.
  • Support training and awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

What makes you a great fit?

  • University degree in a relevant field (Official Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention is a plus), covering at least two of the following specialties: 1) Occupational Safety, 2) Industrial Hygiene, 3) Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology, or 4) Occupational Health.
  • Specialized training of at least 600 hours in the disciplines covered by the Occupational Risk Prevention Service (SPP), as the Article 37.2 of the Prevention Services Regulations requires.
  • Based near Barcelona, with the ability to work in a hybrid model (at least one day per week in the office).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in Spain.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in English and bilingual in Spanish.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and able to communicate effectively with any department or employee profile.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including data collection, research, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Business exercise including a few hours of preparation, followed by a 1-hour working meeting with Pilar and Nat.
