Airswift is supporting a leading operator and supplier within the renewable industrial industry.

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing all on-site civil construction activities for a Hydrogen Plant. This role requires local knowledge, Spanish proficiency, and experience managing civil subcontractors. The superintendent ensures safety, schedule adherence, and quality compliance while coordinating with project teams and contractors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Oversee daily civil construction, including subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Supervise site setup, piling, underground utilities, structures, and landscaping.
• Drive contractor quality compliance and inspections.
• Monitor permits, work plans, and method statements.
• Attend coordination meetings and support SIMOPS activities.
• Assist in contractor bid reviews and schedule assessments.

Qualifications & Experience :

• 10+ years in construction, with 5+ years in a superintendent role.
• Experience in hydrogen plants, refineries, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Experience with Spanish civil contractors preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
