SLS Barcelona is seeking a Purchasing Agent Intern to join the team under the Purchasing Manager. You will handle storage, distribution, and accounting of food, beverages, and supplies while maintaining storage area standards.

You will assist with PO closures, data maintenance in ADACO, and ensure proper receiving and issuing of goods. A 6-month internship is preferred and bilingual Spanish/English is required.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Agreement with school for a period of preferably 6 months.
• Willingness to adapt to SLS culture and work style.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with closing Purchase Orders under Purchasing Manager.
• Support updating data in the ADACO system.
• Check receiving and storage procedures daily.
• Receive, document, store and issue goods and materials.
• Verify items are received and stored according to guidelines.
• Issue received goods to appropriate departments.
• Process requisitions and ensure forms are complete.
• Maintain freezer items labeling and packing.
• Coordinate with departments on warehouse matters.
• Keep shipping/receiving log up to date.
• Maintain accurate storeroom inventory.
