We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Global Learning Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Corporate HR Global Talent VP, this role will be essential in defining and implementing our global learning strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of learning management systems, training programs, and onboarding processes to enhance employee development and alignment with the company’s culture and values.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in the design and execution of a global learning strategy for the 3 divisions aligned with the business strategy.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of the internal high-potential programs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to effectively transmit a unified vision and culture of Puig across all employees.
  • Assess the effectiveness of learning programs through comprehensive metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR business partners and other stakeholders to ensure that learning initiatives support broader HR strategies and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or related roles, with a focus on global organizations.
  • Experience in the luxury, beauty, or fashion industry is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual in English; proficiency in Spanish and French considered a plus.
  • Proven success in designing and delivering learning programs across various modalities.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading complex projects.
  • Outstanding communication and persuasion skills, capable of engaging and motivating stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic and analytic thinker, skilled at utilizing metrics and analytics for decision-making and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Proactive team player thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
