ExoClick in Barcelona, part of EXOGROUP, seeks a Publisher Account Manager (Email) to develop and manage relationships with 35–50 email publishers. You will bridge publishers with Exoclick’s monetization tools to maximize revenue while staying compliant with network guidelines.

Reporting to the Email Team Manager and Head of Publishing, you will monitor publisher performance, identify new leads, and maintain CRM records in HubSpot. Fluent English is required; additional languages are valued.

Formación

• 2+ years in email industry with monetization focus.
• Industry knowledge: online digital advertising.
• Business acumen: business development and account management track record.
• Technical skills: CPC/CPM email databases, Excel, HTML and analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Portfolio optimization: monitor publisher performance and monetize improvements.
• Growth planning: identify and qualify new leads for portfolio expansion.
• Relationship management: build loyalty via proactive communication and quick issue resolution.
• CRM discipline: maintain records in HubSpot (tasks, QBRs, pipeline).
