Summary of Responsibilities

Digo Hispanic Media seeks a Publisher Development Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing new publisher partners to join our network. In addition to prospecting and outreach, the role requires close collaboration with existing publishers to build strong relationships and ensure optimal satisfaction. This position works closely with the Publisher Management team and reports to the Head of Publishers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential publishing partners to grow our network.
  • Conduct outreach, product presentations, and onboarding of new publishers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with publishers, providing ongoing support.
  • Manage and negotiate commercial terms and assist with agreement execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or publisher management.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients or partners.
  • Experience working across departments to complete projects successfully.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to communicate effectively with our publishing partners.
